Pessary Appointment
Pessary fitting appointment to assist with prolapse or incontinence. Referral required from either your health care provider or our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists. Learn more about what we can help with.

Please note pessaries will be an additional cost of $85-100 per pessary.
Telehealth Appointment
Online appointment to address any pelvic health concerns. This is a great option if you live out of town or are having difficulty getting to an appointment. We can then discuss a clinic appointment for additional assessment if needed, or referral to a Pelvic Health Physio who may live closer to you.

Pelvic Health WOF
This shorter initial appointment option is great if you aren’t currently experiencing symptoms, but want to start improving your current pelvic health and prevention symptoms in the future. Recommended for anyone who has been pregnant or had a baby (no matter how long ago it was!).
