About our Pilates classes
Our Pilates classes are led by Pelvic Health Physios who are trained in exercise for pregnancy, post-natal and pelvic floor safe options. This means you can confidently join knowing there will always be an option that will suit you.
No prior Pilates experience needed! These classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy and post-partum and all exercises have a range of options so you can work at the level that feels best for you.
Our small group classes have a maximum size of 8, so bookings are essential. Follow these steps to get set up:

Classes run continuously, so you can start and stop when suits during your pregnancy and beyond. We know that its hard to fit babies into “terms”!

Classes are designed for you to start anytime from 6 weeks after your baby is born (including after c-section). Bring your bub along, we look forward to seeing you both there!
