The Elevate Physio Vision

Our vision is to enhance knowledge and reduce stigma around pelvic health,

empowering individuals to thrive throughout adolescence,

family life, menopause, and retirement

without pain, missing out on the activities they love, avoiding intimate relationships,

or feeling embarrassed —

while improving their quality of life at every stage.

At Elevate Physio, we provide access to the right level of expertise tailored to your individual needs. Our clinic places a strong emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and professional development, ensuring that you receive the highest standard of care at every stage of your journey.

These practitioners undergo extensive additional training in pelvic health to stay up-to-date with the latest treatment methods and techniques. They also receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from Advanced Physiotherapists, ensuring continuous professional growth and the delivery of high-quality care aligned with the latest research and best practices in pelvic health.

Advanced Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Due to high demand, our Advanced Pelvic Physiotherapists' books are currently closed. To make an appointment with an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will need a direct referral from a specialist (such as a gynecologist, urologist, or colorectal specialist), or you can first see one of our exceptional Pelvic Physiotherapists.

Our Advanced Physiotherapists at Elevate Physio have over a decade of experience in pelvic health physiotherapy, along with postgraduate qualifications and specialized expertise. They have undergone extensive additional training, making them experts in managing complex and persistent pelvic health conditions. In addition to the symptoms our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists treat, our Advanced Physiotherapists can help with:

  • Persistent pelvic and abdominal pain management

  • Pessary fitting for prolapse and urinary incontinence

  • Management of urinary and faecal incontinence

  • Mesh injury care
